Below are the steps to make sure Internet Explorer is correctly figured to work with Provide:

  • Navigate to the Provide website and click through any errors that pop up
  • In the upper right corner of Internet Explorer, click the button that looks like a cog and select Compatibility View Settings
  • Make sure insidebridges.com is in the box as depicted in the Compatibility View Settings screenshot below
    • If not, type insidebridges.com into the add this website dialogue box and click add
    • Close the dialogue boxes
  • In the upper right corner of Internet Explorer, click the button that looks like a cog and select Internet Options
  • Click the Security tab and select the green check mark that says Trusted Sites
  • Click the Sites button as depicted in the Trusted Sites screenshot below
  • Ensure that *.insidebridges.com is listed in the Websites dialogue box
    • If not, add it to the dialogue box above and click add
  • Ensure the checkbox for require server verification is unchecked and close the box
  • Click the Custom Level button in the Internet Options screen on the security tab
  • Scroll down the list until you see Display Mixed Content and make sure Enable is selected - see Mixed Content screenshot below
  • Hit OK
  • Close all open internet browsers and restart your machine
